Tranquil View Cottage & Cabin, Pet Friendly with Wifi

2 bedrooms (1 in Cottage, 1 in detached Cabin) plus extra sleeping options on peaceful & pet friendly acre near Acadia with fast Wifi, serene views to Ripples Pond (a wildlife sanctuary) and a fenced-in backyard. Roomy single-level cottage has a comfy California King mattress & 3 sleeper futons/sofas, with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry. NOTE: the detached Cabin is only open May 1-Oct 31. Cabin has a tasteful tiny-home feel with kitchenette, bathroom, and Queen bed. Beyond the fenced-in backyard is a nature path to a private hammock and chill spot by Ripples Pond (view only, but just 1/2 mile away is Long Pond for swimming, canoe & kayak rental). Backyard includes grill & firepit. Tranquility awaits! NOTE: Cabin only open May-Oct. and has ceiling & box fans but no A/C.

Peter's Acadia cottage is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. A short scenic drive to anywhere on the island. I would recommend staying here if you are looking into spending time at Acadia but want your own little oasis Peter is a great host and so accommodating! 10/10!!

Great spot, well maintained and so clean!

We loved this property, especially with the cabin option perfect while travelling with my family and mom. She loved having her own cozy space! The house was incredibly clean, and provided a lot of amenities. Totally recommend for a small group!
