「部屋が綺麗。 上の階がうるさかった？」

「The staff was very friendly. They provided a good array of breakfast foods. The hotel was clean and felt safe.」

「I have stayed here 3 times now and I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. The staff is the best! Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Felt like home away from home.」

「Very comfortable stay. It had a small refrigerator and a stove top which is unique. It also had a microwave. Beautiful property. With dishes and pots and pans for cooking. Laundry was a plus.」

「部屋が広く清潔で良かった」

「Charged me for my service dog」

「The property was not in acceptable condition. Even in the lobby, the ceiling was sagging and there was visible fungal growth on the ceiling that was dark in color. The hotel smells super musty. The lamp in the room was rusted, as there is an obvious moisture issue throughout the hotel. Staff was friendly and immediately said they would refund us. It was obvious they understood why and have had experience with unsatisfied customers. We left and went elsewhere.」
