"Overall the hotel is a good one. Rooms are nice and spacious - which is the best part of this hotel especially if you are in for an extended stay. The room felt spacious even after we brought in our big bags as there is ample storage space for bags. Cleanliness and customer service is average. Some rooms don't have a wall separating the rooms in the entry area. The gap is filled with a large closet. As a result there is not enough sound barrier and normal conversations can tend to disturb...

"There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay "
