The open floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings with room to spare. A stylish half bath is conveniently located here for easy guest access.

Stepping outside onto the private covered patio, you will immediately feel the ocean breeze. Choose to lounge on the plush patio furniture or one of the lounge chairs by the infinity edge pool and hot tub. Or, step off the patio onto the soft, white sand just feet away from the ocean waves. The beautiful beach extends 8 miles to the left and 2 miles to the right.

The upstairs double master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the sprawling grounds and spectacular ocean. It has a king-sized bed and a screened off separate area containing a full-size bed, perfect for a family. A wall mounted TV allows for viewing from any angle. Here, there is a bookcase with DVDs and books. The master bath has a walk-in shower that can easily accommodate 2 people, twin vessel sinks, and a water closet with a separate door to keep private matters very private.

The second upstairs bedroom boasts its own smaller balcony that sits nestled among the palms and foliage overlooking the grounds. There is a pedestal jetted tub with a hand-held shower wand in the cheerfully decorated bathroom. In addition to the TV, there is a separate writing desk, a perfect spot to unwind after an active, sun-filled, adventurous day.

Both upstairs bedrooms are separated by an office/loft which has a pull-out leather couch that will sleep 2.

The downstairs bedroom is well appointed and has a private outdoor patio space (with an outdoor shower). The bathroom is fully handicapped/wheelchair accessible including the (indoor) shower area.
