Initially I had to contact the owner to see if the manager received my first email. I requested the complimentary ride from the airport to ensure we had room for everyone and our luggage as we also rented a car but had 2 car seats so we didn’t want to make an extra trip. We didn’t see the driver at the airport and when we asked an airport employee said he left because we rented a car, luckily everything barely fit in our rental. Upon arrival housekeeping was finishing and she said she just had linens left and she was done. We went to our rooms to change and there was broken glass in the guestroom, I brought it to the housekeeper’s attention and she said she knew and hasn’t cleaned it yet. But yet she saw us walk in there with our toddlers. We asked for 2 high chairs and were told when we arrived there was only 1. If we knew this beforehand I could have planned accordingly and brought a travel one since we have toddler twins. We never received the property orientation with someone from management, were just told by the housekeeper to email Gabby with any questions. The outdoor furniture had large tears and will soon get moldy with the occasional rain, we covered them with towels so we didn’t sit on the damp foam. The gas grill didn’t start, and was rusty and attracted a ton of flies. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in the laundry room, none in the 3rd bathroom, and 1 roll in the other 2 bathroom so with 6 people we quickly ran out. The location is beautiful and we loved being right on the beach. We had high expectations from the listing but were left disappointed.
