Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

The staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. The hotel is between Fushimi and Sakae stations, walking distance to Osu Kan-non temple and shopping district and Sakae / Mirai Tower shopping district. Breakfast was available in a large buffet-style restaurant with impressive selections of both Western and Japanese foods. The second breakfast option was at a Japanese restaurant, offering a set menu with delicious Japanese flavors. The amenities were excellent."

"Great apartment just a bit of a walk from Ueno Station. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile with a a bit of a fuss and little gift for my daughters birthday. Onsite carparking for dropoff and pickup - not sure for longterm though. Good area - quiet inside. Would stay there again."
