"Close to the beach. The pool area was protected from the wind. It worked great for 4 couples. Management was quick to respond."

"The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, secure, and very well equipped for all of our needs. It has comfortable beds and was tastefully decorated as well. Very nice place to relax and share meals with amazing views!The photos of the outdoor area do not do it justice. The beach is absolutely stunning! The shades of blue over the ocean (sea?) are mesmerizing and the water crystal clear with a sandy bottom, making it very welcoming to swim in. It has sugary white sand that you can walk on for quite some ways. The pool is fantastic as well- heated and well maintained. It could use a few more loungers for when all of the units are full and everyone is at the pool, but that was rare on our visit.We saw much of the gorgeous island, and enjoyed our location at the villa the most. It is also very convenient to local grocery stores, which the hosts graciously shared about in the welcome email and other communications. Everything about it was simple and well communicated. Awesome hosts! "

"This was our family’s first stay in Exuma and the location of Coconut Breeze made it easy to explore the island. The home was spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was spectacular. It’s a bright, open space. While you are steps from the beach, it can be a bit rocky and splashy to climb over the rocks to get to the sand. We enjoyed most everything the home had to offer! "

"Latitude Adjustment was just as beautiful as the pictures showed! Charlene, the house manager, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. She helped us get from and to the airport and arranged a chef for us for two nights who was amazing. The beach was very quiet and peaceful. And our concern about noise from the airport close-by was unfounded. The compound layout was perfect for the family as our 1 1/2 year-old twin granddaughters could nap and sleep in the cottage, separate from the main house. Just a gorgeous place!"

"Beautiful house! Everything was well thought out for function and beauty. The view is amazing .... especially from the hot tub. The beds are very comfortable which was a huge bonus for my husband. Or weather turned out to not be the best for going in the ocean ( storm in the eastern US made the wind change and the waves were pretty big) but the house is so great that we still had a great family vacation! Julie was easy to corespond with and her property manager Spence was very helpful, meeting us at the house and showing us all around. "
