This waterfront retreat is your gateway to fun, fishing and relaxation on the renowned waters of Moses Lake! Our home is priced uniquely so that you only pay for how many people will be staying as opposed to flat pricing where if you are a party of two you still pay like a party of eight. We make staying here affordable for all stays!
We welcome you to enjoy beautiful sunsets from our families huge deck facing the water. Our home is situated on a one acre piece of land with a private boat cove on the lake just minutes away from a huge ORV park with sand Dunes usually only found at the ocean. The fiber optic network offers internet speeds that are lightning fast! Enjoy the great fishing just feet from this house and water sports galore! within miles of our home is a great water park that kids will love. The kitchen has all of the amenities you could want and more including tableware, cooking utensils, High-end stove & oven, microwave oven, Electric skillet, KitchenAid Mixer, Blender, toaster, dishwasher and a huge Dining table with two leaves. The Dining area contains a 140" powered projection screen, Sound bar and a multimedia Smart projector equipped with Android smart media. You can utilize this projector to Cast your presentation from your laptop,. insert USB media or SD media into the projector, or Bluetooth cast from your smart phone. The living room has a large Couch, a sleeper loveseat and a power reclining home theater chair. A 65" 4K Ultra HD smart TV and 4K Blue Ray DVD player. Three bedrooms, one with bunk beds with full size memory foam on the bottom, twin on top and Full size trundle. The second room is lake facing with a memory foam Queen size bed and a single convertible sleeper chair. Both rooms have 1080p Smart TV's. The main bathroom is full size with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a King size bed, sleeper chair and a private bathroom equipped with a jetted tub and separate shower. This house also has a full size washer and dryer for your added convenience. Enjoy comfort no matter the weather with the central forced air heating and air conditioning. The nearby Highway does cause some noise that is audible on the deck and a loud whisper at one end of the house. To implement our no-contact check-in and also to do the most that we can to protect your vehicles and belongings during your stay we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the house and at the dock area. These cameras have no visibility into any interior part of the home. Any security devices in the house are passive only meaning no audio or video.

It was a great property. The location to the city and is pretty good. It is right next to I-90 and that makes some road noise, but that isn’t too bad to deal with.

They added two children and tried to charge 120.00 for extra guest that we didn’t have and canceled that payment and tried charging us 220. And didn’t give a reason. I would stay away from this place and any other they list

Highway noise 24/7

The highway traffic noise was unbearable, 24/7. I bought earplugs, hoping to get a good night sleep, they helped a little, but not enough. Not the relaxing lakeside get away we were hoping for.The deck was so overgrown with weeds, we could not see it from the house. The weeds were actually growing through it. Check in instructions were not accurate. We had to call the owner to get instructions and code to get in. The overgrown weeds in the driveway were not a good first impression. Overall disappointing.

The property is so peaceful, very convenient location. All amenities were great, soap, shampoo all kitchen tools etc. The host is great and very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this place for a family vacation as well.

Great place to stay!

I enjoyed staying here. Extremely easy check-in process, had everything i needed for a 2 week work trip. Only downside is the road noise from the Interstate and the master bathroom was about 6 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. I would definitely stay again and in fact have already booked my next stay!

Waterfront Retreat

Great place to check out of your busy life. Loved spending mornings with coffee down at the lake. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the view. Evening skies were beautiful from the deck. Kitchen very well stocked for preparing meals. While I only used one bedroom, all three are of good size and the master bed was very comfortable!

Great secluded location in a safe neighborhood. Close to interstate, and was a little loud, but still nice. Had a few issues, the owner was quick with responses. Easy to work with, will definitely stay here again.

Bass fishing trip

This was a return trip I look forward to every year. The place is always clean as described with everything you need to live like your home away from home. Fishing is amazing with dock access. Love it her.

Disappointed Travelers

The house is in a great location. The listing for the house said there was a jetted tub. It does not work. This is one of the reasons we booked this house. In the main house bathroom the shower head will not stay in position. It kept swinging to one direction and had to be held with one hand to complete rinsing off. The deck has areas that are rotten and if you happen to step on it, you run the risk of going through it. The gate that goes from the deck to the driveway sags so much you have to lift it up to be able to latch it. They indicate that you can go swimming. There is so much goose and duck poop everywhere that it is impossible to walk down to the dock without getting your feet / shoes covered. The table on the deck was so dirty that we could not use it. The shower in the master bedroom has mold around the door. They have a nice big TV and four remotes to operate it. But don't offer any instructions on how to use them. We picked up cigarette butts that were laying around the driveway, we put them in one of the garbage can in the house. No one in my party smoked in the house. But they are now saying we left cigarette butts in the house. and are going to charge me many hundreds for cleaning. A pet friendly house. We paid a pet deposit, and now they are saying there is dog hair in the house and they had to have a Hypoallergenic cleaning done. What was the pet deposit for? Beware! They ran my card without my permission.

It’s a great location,although in a neighborhood it’s at the end of a dead end which provides some privacy. Check in was easy with straightforward directions. There is plenty of parking. Inside was very clean with a bunch of appliances for multiple cooking preparation options. Beds were comfortable and clean. The back deck has plenty of seating with a working BBQ. If you like to fish the dock is the place to go. We caught fish off the dock. Bring a chair if you are going to fish for awhile. Checking out is easy and plenty of cleaning supplies if you have things to clean up. From the house you are 10 minutes away from all kinds of stores and gas stations including Walmart. Also you are minutes away from I90 and other local fishing spots.

Spacious Moses Lake Stay

Really comfortable home away from home for the week, ideal for traveling with a dog. About 10-15 minutes to anywhere you need to go in Moses Lake, 20 minutes out to Potholes State Park. Loved having a large bathtub, new appliances, great washer/dryer, spacious kitchen, easy keypad for the gate & house. In a nice, quiet, family neighborhood--would be great for a family or small group stay, but was excellent for solo travel. It's true that you don't really register the highway sound when in the house cooking/hanging out, but if you're sleeping in the master bedroom closest to the highway, plan for earplugs and/or some kind of white noise to drown it out. Owners are super quick & communicative with any issues that come up. Would re-book and stay again.

Wonderful property

We were happy with our stay. Had some issues with bbq, but remedied on our own. Also had some hiccups with the owners but it mostly resolved.
