Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 120 m² house for rent in Morvillers-Saint-Saturnin, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas, double sofa bed and fireplace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, barbecue and plancha (on request), fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful south-facing private garden of 400 m².
- An 18 m² terrace and a 12 m² pergola with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Ideally located in Morvillers-Saint-Saturnin, this house nestles in the heart of a green setting, inviting you to enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of nature. Surrounded by apple and pear trees, it offers a bucolic setting shared with horses, ponies, goats and chickens that live around the property. Nearby, you'll find all the essentials, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and a local market.

A relaxing and peaceful location

A spacious and eclectically furnished property with a beautiful rambling garden, with an extremely welcoming host. Just a shame we had to come home !
