Beautiful ocean retreat

Located 3 blocks from the waterfront in the heart of downtown Morro Bay. Walking
distance to the quaint little boutiques and restaurants and embarcadero, shopping, beaches and Morro Rock. Beautifully
decorated 1600 sq. foot town home. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Newly renovated. This home is 2 story with the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom upstairs, so you have a beautiful view of the ocean and Morro Rock. You will not be disappointed.

**All holidays require a minimum 3 night stay, exception is the 4th of July requires a minimum 7 night stay, unless 7 nights are not available. Reservations will be canceled if not the minimum stay.

Such an ideal location. Close to everything and with views of the bay. This was just right for our family, including a child 1 years old. Parking sounded like it was going to be difficult per the description (donā€™t park on street, donā€™t block the driveway) but theres a dedicated drive path in front of the garage that accomodated our large SUV (VW Atlas).

Greg place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our 2nd time booking this same location and is well worth it. Such a comfy place and was very close to downtown Morro Bay.

Can't beat Morro Bay in early November

Excellent location. One block from a great coffee shop and three blocks from the marina, seafood restaurants and a terrific breakfast spot. Three comfortable private bedrooms. Would happily stay there again

Great Weekend Away

Lovely little house within walking distance to downtown Morro Bay. Be advised that the main living space is on the upper level with most bedrooms on the lower level (it was tough for some of our elderly family members to go up and down). Beautiful property and gorgeous views of the rock.

Great stay!

The property was great - ample kitchen utensils, very spacious, loved the kitchen seating with the gorgeous view of Morro rock. The location was right next to coffee shops, restaurants, and the Embarcadero. It's a 1.5 miles to Morro Rock, but the sea otter viewing is closer. We had two 3.5 year olds with us and they also enjoyed the house!

Enjoyable stay!

This was a nice place to stay. The location is great. It's just a short walk to the Embarcadero and downtown. The house itself was clean and roomy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

Very lovely and comfortable property in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Embarcadero, Front street and the T pier and all of the shops and restaurants located there. Great view of Moro rock and a very short drive to Moro rock and Moro beach. There is a very nice coffee shop three doors down. We only stayed two nights so we didn't use the kitchen very much, but it seemed well stocked. Lastly, the owner was very kind and responsive. We would stay here again!

The location it great - You can walk everywhere. Such a large comfortable house. Beautiful view of the Morro Bay Rock from the living room and patio. The beds are so comfortable. We would love to stay again!

Perfect location for walking around Morro Bay

This is a very nice, very well-furnished house, with everything you could possibly need. The three bedrooms make it ideal for 2-3 couples, or a family of 4. And its central location puts you a short walk from restaurants, shopping, and the movie theater.

Views of the Rock

We enjoyed the views of the Rock with the sunrise turning it gold and backlit in the sunset. Well-equipped house, comfortable, and great location. Our second visit this year.
