A car will be needed however public transportation is also available. There is ample parking at the home.
▪ We ask that you treat our home with the same respect you would like others to
treat yours. Take care of the furnishings and don’t rearrange the furniture.
▪ We do not allow parties or events on the property.
▪ Be sure to register each guest when you book your stay. We do not allow
unregistered guests.
▪ Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the home or out on the back patio/deck. You can smoke by the front entrance, there’s a planter with sand for butts.
▪ No illegal substances on the property.
▪ Sorry, Pets are not allowed on the property.
▪ Sorry, our property does not have the amenities to accommodate infants and small children.
▪ No food or drink upstairs (except for water).
▪ Please be respectful of the neighbors.
▪ Wash all dishes used and put away in their appropriate place.
▪ Please use the trashcans provided and do not let garbage pile up, take out the trash to the main trashcan located in the front.
▪ You can adjust the thermostat between 65-75 degrees F.
