Escape to the "Motown Artist's Retreat"! 10 acres of pure desert bliss await. 3 bed/2 bath, 2700 sq ft home with 360° mountain & Hassayampa River views. Quiet, secluded, dark skies (telescope provided!). Jam out in the great room by the stone fireplace, instruments on the walls! Craft room for your creative spark. King, queen, bunks + 2 pull-out sofas. Updated kitchen & baths. The home is made of concrete block and is cooled by two new evaporative coolers. Off-road heaven! Miles of trails. Access is rough, hilly, 2/3 mile dirt road through cattle range (4x4 recommended).
