"When you get there drive all the way to the “back” of the hotel, the casino throws you off and it’s tricky to find the entrance. Use the parking garage! Other than that, the hotel is really nice and staff is friendly! The rooms were clean and there was always a nice scent about the hallways. It’s close enough to St.Louis area but it’s not downtown. "The room was clean, Staff was Excellent. Great place to do Laundry and use the Gym. Breakfast was Excellent and the Staff was wonderful. Love that there were plenty of restaurants, in walking distance. Excellent!!! Walmart, & other stores were also in Walking distance. as well. "

"Poor a** hotel, staff and service. Requested housekeeping twice it wasn’t done. Front desk didn’t have a solution when I mentioned it but to leave note for the next day. Not helpful at all. I had to go downstairs to pick up towels. Dirty a** room. Scratch up furniture. The pictures are deceiving. Stay away from this poor a** place. "
