「Excellent pet friendly 」

「Bridges B&B run by a lovely couple in a lovely house renting a lovely room had a lovely take away pizza delivered to the lovely local pub then back to my lovely room where I slept soundly in a lovely bed then a lovely shower and in the morning a lovely breakfast it was all just... lovely 」

「Receptionist at check in very competent, unfortunately the hotel its self is looking tired and could do with a total revamp. Carpets threadbare, door frames and skirtings require painting. Many scuffs and chips, Bathroom floor tiles broken, general atmosphere within the sitting areas was souless, bar area never seemed to be open. Bed an pillows very comfy tho.」

「Lovely overnight stay in a cosy comfortable and immaculately clean room. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. Would highly recommend this lovely little hotel. 」

「Good overall, food was great, really nice breakfast and tea time meal, bedroom was nice, bathroom was small but done the trick, shame no biscuits in the room with the tea bags. The spa was quite disappointing, needs decorating, too many people in there and loads of kids, not relaxing at all! The jacuzzi was only a little warm, the sauna and steam rooms were both cold, disappointed with the spa! 」

「The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight. We stayed here last year when...

「All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. Despite the room not having been planned for use, everything was clean and fully stocked which was impressive. Bed extremely comfy, didn't want to leave! Breakfast being included was great,...

「There aren’t many shops nearby, mostly regional or country-specific stores. It’s hard to find what I want. The highlight is the convenience location for a short drive or public transportation away from town, but two things are inconvenient: the hot water for showers only lasts a short time, and the breakfast options are very limited for the price I paid.」
