Access around the county is easy from here so you can easily visit the nearby villages and onto the Northumberland Heritage Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with miles of golden beaches and historic sites to explore.

Alnwick Castle is only 12 miles home to the Duke of Northumberland and famous for some Harry Potter scenes. Travel to the National Park for a different day out surrounded by forests, Kielder is one of the largest manmade lakes and has some stunning scenery. Beach 18 miles. Pub and restaurant 160 yards.
