「Great small hotel. Breakfast every morning overlooking the lake was wonderful. The primary staff who was there was Alice and she was helpful and friendly. A couple things to note is this is about a 15 minute walk into town and 20 minutes to the train. If you have a lot of luggage, consider a taxi, the staff will arrange a taxi, just do that ahead of time. Getting from town to town was easy via the ferry. 「This place is a perfect work of art, which is wonderful. The GPS takes you slightly further than you should go if you are using Google maps or Apple Maps and driving here. Meaning that the hotel is above the little town that it shows to be near or in according to the GPS maps. Other than this, everything was perfect!」

「La habitación nuestra se notaba que estaba arreglado hace poco .Baño a nuevo, ducha perfecta, pero increíblemente les faltan porta jabon , algún toallero , repisas en la ducha para el shampoo y crema de enjuague . Está precioso pero parece que se olvidaron de los detalles. Muy a tener en cuenta si van con valijas pedir una habitación baja porque no hay ascensor. Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, carretera sinuosa pero con vistas espectaculares. Buen punto para ir a Menaggio y ahí tomar el ferry...

「Really lovely B&B such good value for money. Cleaned often plenty of towels soap ext provided. Hosts were great at communicating super helpful and ready to answer questions. Very cute town with lovely views. The room was spacious and clean and we were provided with really useful stuff for our stay including a hair dryer and adaptor plug. Only negative would be that the bus service was a bit confusing however this is not the fault of the B&B at all and they included bus information and...

「Perfect. The hotel is tucked away in Lezzeno while still being less than 5 minute walk from the ferry. Lovely peaceful place, the room (we had one with separate seating area to spread out) was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Our host Silvia was so very helpful, and runs a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was delicious too」
