Located on the 1st floor without elevator, Residence access via stairs the apartment consists of an entrance with cupboard, a shower room, toilet, a mountain area, a bedroom with cupboard. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a television, and a fully equipped kitchen area. Guests can enjoy an east-facing balcony. Access to the centre of the village is via a staircase.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette set, fondue set, as well as crockery and cookware.
