"The staff is polite and friendly. I enjoyed breakfast. The bed was good and I slept well. There was a mixup on room assignments, but they found me a different room. The room seemed to be humid even though the air conditioning was on. There were a couple small mechanical issues with the room. I had to take a bath because the spicket would not change to shower. The faucet in the dinette area also leaked around the base of the faucet when being used. There is not much choice in the area, so I have...

"We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it! The restaurant had a great breakfast and the coffee was amazing! This stay was terrible. Upon check in, we were not informed that the AC was broken and the restaurant was closed due to extreme temps. I understand that completely but not having AC in the rooms should have been disclosed. The lobby and hallways were cool but the rooms were like an oven. Many guests upset at checkout but no staff to be found. We will not stay here again."

"Room was average hotel room. No windows only slider to pool area. Pool area was large with water puddles. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was good. Worst part of the whole stay was the restaurant. Horrible service if you could even get service. 45 minute wait for food and then it was wrong but they couldn’t make what we ordered because by then the kitchen was closed. Two other tables just got up and left because no one waited on them. Only two other people in the place so no excuse....

"it took almost an hour to track down staff to check in. I had to get three phone calls from the manager and search the hotel property knocking on hotel doors to wake staff up, only to have the manager scream at me on the phone and hang up on me. the building is falling apart even the outside overhang has pieces hanging down that are falling, paint is peeling, doors have signs that they are to be immediately vacated due to health and safety reasons, the brick wall in the reception area literally...
