Es una casa remodelada en hotel. Al hacer la reservación por está plataforma se me ofreció una cama Kingsize y me dieron otra con dos camas individuales. La publicidad o la oferta es engañosa o el hotel no respeta las reservaciones. La ubicación es buena es zona centro.

No hay nada rescatable en este hotel con la nueva administración del hotel todo está decayendo el lugar, el servicio todo es terrible los cuartos están en pésimas condiciones, cuando le comuniqué a la recepcionista de que aparte de las malas condiciones del cuarto el baño estaba lleno de moho, su respuesta fue todos los cuartos están así, me había hospedado con anterioridad y todo había estado bien, pero después de esta experiencia nunca mas There is nothing salvageable in this hotel with the new management of the hotel everything is deteriorating the place, the service everything is terrible the rooms are in terrible conditions, when I told the receptionist that apart from the bad conditions of the room the bathroom was full of mold, his answer was all the rooms are like this, I had stayed before and everything had been fine, but after this experience never again

Muy bien ubicado. Se facilita mucho para el traslado a pie hacia el centro de la ciudad . Muy Limpio en General. Buena atencion del personal , pero ... Nuestra habitación con poca o nula ventilación . Se sentía muy húmeda ,incluso la ropa de nuestro equipaje se sentia humedo. La señal del internet muy pobre . De hecho no se recibía en nuestra habitación. Una noche nos quedamos sin gota de agua.. El estacionamiento requiere muchas mejoras .

Buena experiencia

En general esta muy bien ubicado, limpio, accesible, con estacionamiento fuera pero a un lado del hotel, lo único incomodo, es que era un viaje de descanso y realmente el sábado poco pudimos descansar ya que en el comedor, que solo sirve desayunos, estuvo un grupo que no dejo de hacer ruido hasta muy entrada la madrugada. Por lo que lo consideraría más para hospedaje de trabajo que de descanso, fuera de eso, el personal muy amable y el luugar limpio.

Pésima recepción sin idea de para cuantas personas estaba la reservación, las habitaciones nada que ver con las fotos, no hay plancha en la habitación, no dieron aguas de cortesía en la habitación, dice pantalla de 30 pulgadas y era de 19 cuando mucho, el teléfono no sirve, tarda mucho en calentar el agua de la regadera y el desayuno dicen q a las 8 y a esa hora apenas anda llegando el personal de cocina.
