Thr property is not well maintained: -- front entry huge plant dying -- broken lamp shade in our room -- sheets and towels were fine, both bedspreads had holes in them. -- only one paper cup for coffee. No plastic cups for use at the sink (brushing teether, drinking,) -- very old furnture in the room -- looked like new carpeting in the room

Very old property. The bedding was dirty/stained. Cigarette burns on both the bedspreads and sheets. Stained carpet. The staff even commented on not being able to maintain cleaning staff and many drug users. Elected to not stay there.

The location was ok. The staff were great. The sheets were dirty. The shower curtain did not reach the inside of the tub and made it so you the floor gets covered in water. The room keys continued to fail and require being reset. I run an IT company, I'm very familiar with the chips in those access cards. They had just been re-used so many times the magnetic stripes are losing their ability to keep their codes.

Around 11pm the staff had to kick out a couple who were squatting in the room adjacent to mine. Staff had left the door open and this couple decided to move in. I finally got a few hours of nervous sleep. I would have slept better in my car at at rest area.

It is not a very good hotel. Bathroom floor was dirty, bed coverings had holes, no towels like there should have been and check in took way too long. I cancelled our reservation and was assured I would get a refund.

It smelled horrible, it was so hot - AC wasn’t running, the bedspreads had numerous cigarette burns, the washcloths were badly stained. No blankets. No amenities whatsoever-no soap, no coffee …Nothing! It was a place to lay our heads after many hours on the road That’s it. Check in was painful …. The woman had no idea what she was doing and her mentor had on a ripped and dirty T-shirt and was a sweaty nasty mess. Just ugh.

Dirty dirty dirty. Bed clothes were stained and had cigarette burnt wholes in the blankets. Our room smelled like old Smokey bar and it was a non-smoking room!!! Absolutely disgusting, filthy!!!

The room is in very poor condition and urgently needs multiple repairs as well as an overall refresh. I would not return to this hotel next time. Breakfast was terrible — nearly nothing offered.
