The open space accommodation of about 40 square meters is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, a complete bathroom and a sofa bed ideal for children/teenagers. The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sqm garden with dry stone walls and succulent plants that make the enchanting outdoor space unique and from which you can admire a splendid view of the Gulf of the Maldives of Salento.
The Villa is located less than 1 km from the first access to the sea and less than 3 km from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Salento.

Any additional optional costs to be paid locally:
- Bath/bed linen on request, cost EUR 16 per person per week to be paid upon arrival.
- Extra cost Air conditioning for EUR 12 per day.
- Use of the swimming pool has a fixed cost of EUR 6 per person per day to be paid directly at the property if requested. You pay for the entire stay.
