「The hotel is located atop a hill above town; staff advised us not to drive down to the town, even though I have a disability walking; it proved to be a tough painful walk down to the village and back up.
Upon check-in, the staff wouldn't help me up the stairs with my luggage (by contrast, the staff the next day at checkout was helpful) and didn't provide very useful advice about a local sight.
The restaurant staff was terrible --- for more than fifteen minutes, didn't acknowledge my presence...
