"With the Gravity Haus being located close to the Winter Park ski mountain, we were extremely disappointed to find out that both HOT TUBS were inoperable during our stay, the bathroom overhead light fixture was unsafe to use since it appeared to be shorting out (flickering like a strobe light), and the property didn't have a SECURED luggage area for our luggage (with being told that check in wasn't until 4pm) and didn't have a vehicle to store it in since we rode the ski-train up from Denver,...

"We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. "

"Address was wrong in hotel app. Way too icy on driveway and front door. Very dangerous to get to unit. We took lift bus and the driveway was full of ice as well as the 10 feet to get to unit. Fix address on hotels app"
