Homewood self contained apartment is attached to the rear of a private residence in a relatively quiet no through road & close to public transport (bus).

At Homewood Apartment you will find off street parking, private entrance to the apartment via a pathway past main residence, tea coffee, cereals, bread & condiments, milk, juice.

There is one bedroom with double bed & ensuite bathroom with all linen & towels provided, small lounge/dining area set for 4 people & small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave & small toaster oven & a 2 burner portable hot plate. All crockery & cutlery supplied.
We can accommodate additional guests with a fold out sofa bed, single fold out bed all in lounge area & a cot; all with linen supplied.

Mooroopna is centrally located by the Goulburn River within 10 mins drive from Shepparton, and within 3/4 hr of attractions in Kyabram & Echuca.
Close to home we offer Mooroopna Golf course, public swimming pool, Ardmona kids town & great eating facilities to suit all tastes.
Shepparton offers cinema, shopping centres, art museum, family entertainment, Auquamoves aquatic centre & we have some of the regions finest wineries within a short distance. There's plenty of good fishing spots

In Kyabram you can visit the Fauna park, a unique wildlife park. Echuca offers all the excitement of the paddle steamer era & is set on the Murray River.

Very comfortable stay

The property is as per the photos, it is very comfortable and well setup. Offroad undercover parking is provided and Diane is a treat. A most enjoyable stay.

Dianne was a lovely host. She was easy to communicate with and stocked the property with milk, bread, juice and coffee for us. The property was just as described, clean and conveniently located.

This is difficult for the fact that the owner was extremely nice and accommodating. In turn, I feel very bad for what I am about to write. The good: Decent location, good parking, the accommodation was pretty much spot on when it comes to the old movie cliche: "you gets what you pays for". A decent sized bedroom, lounge/kitchenette with all of the conveniences you could hope for. The Bad: You walk through the back yard to your accom, and frankly, the untidy yard was indicative as to what we would find inside. No, the 'apartment' wasn't at all untidy, rather it was unkept and many items were dirty. So much so that prior to using any utensil, it had to be washed. Same for plates, glasses, the microwave. Indeed, everything you touched was grimy. On top of the good sized and quite functional fridge, was an array of mouse droppings and spiderwebs. The bathroom, although on first impression appeared to be ok, when you looked closer it wasn't. Look, I could go on, but let's not. I will finish by saying that as a rule, I don't bitten by bugs or the like, rashes from anything, however simply sitting on the couch (which we later topped with a blanket) resulted in a rash coming up on my arm. On waking in the morning, my right lower leg had several bite marks on it. As already stated, the basics for a great place are all there. Quite good in fact. All that needs to happen is for it to be cleaned from top to bottom, steam cleaned carpet & couch, and the list goes on.

Great size and location

Quiet neighbourhood and close to all amenities. Di was wonderful with providing us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and very accomodating with multiple bedding options with our toddler. Property was clean and even stocked with the basics. Thank you!

Was in Mooroopna for VIC Softball Masters. Di was great to deal with, an excellent host, and the accommodation was very comfortable, clean and warm. Well located to softball fields and close to Shepparton. Di asked what milk and bread I liked which was very thoughtful and also supplied a bottle of wine. Recommended accommodation. Thanks Di. Clean, tidy, and quiet - just the break we needed. It was a pity though that it was a long weekend and NOTHING locally or in neighbouring Shepparton was open after Saturday afternoon ! I would have thought that any city or large regional town would welcome tourists who decide to visit for a long weekend ! No wonder the tourism industry is in the state it is.

Very comfortable in a quiet location - just what I was looking for. Kitchen and fridge were very generously provisioned by the host. After check-in I was left alone to get on with what I wanted to do - perfect.

Quiet Location

The apartment on Homewood is a great place to stay, Dianne goes that extra mile to make her guests welcome. You will find Milk, Orange Juice, Bread, cereal, butter which is for your use. Dianne gives you your privacy but is available for anything you need.

A Great Stay

This property is sparkling clean, well equipped and is very comfortable. The weather was quite warm during my stay and the air conditioner did a brilliant job. The host is generous with breakfast provisions and other items. I used this location as my base stay to explore Northern Victoria using day trips and it worked well for me. Thanks Diane for a very pleasant stay.
