"The property was not in acceptable condition. Even in the lobby, the ceiling was sagging and there was visible fungal growth on the ceiling that was dark in color. The hotel smells super musty. The lamp in the room was rusted, as there is an obvious moisture issue throughout the hotel. Staff was friendly and immediately said they would refund us. It was obvious they understood why and have had experience with unsatisfied customers. We left and went elsewhere."
