The large front balcony will accommodated everyone, to relax & cook on a Webber BBQ. Upstairs also offers a bedroom with ensuite. second bedroom & toilet plus open lounge, dining & a beautiful modern spacious kitchen, with dishwasher, electric stove, microwave & coffee pod machine. (BYO your own pods) The lower level offers 5 bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms and a large tiled lounge area.

There is ducted r/c heating/cooling throughout and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Outside you will find large rear pergola/patio area covered in grape vines keeping you cool plus a large hooded BBQ. A huge garage, with 3.3m clearance with cement floor is also avail for guests. The fully fenced back yard has trees and a large lawned area perfect for the family pet. Please note owners of very small dogs, gates are iron grilled & we only allow 2 dogs maximum.
Bed linen, Bath towels & mats, tea towels are provided for each paying guest.

Please note - Guests 1 to 10 are charged $500 per night off peak, higher in holidays per night. Guests 11, to 14 are charged $50 per guest per night.
We charge a $200 cleaning fee per booking in addition to the per night rate.
