"helpful front desk staff, parking spot was reserved for us (but you have to call ahead to save a spot in the little tiny lot!), hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, quiet, well appointed. The pool on the roof was great and the location is excellent, easy walk to everything we wanted to visit. Definitely recommend"

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Was a great start to 2 weeks in Spain. My wife said they had the best hair dryer of the trip."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Murillo and would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main sites, which made exploring incredibly easy. The room was comfortable and very clean, a great place to come back to after a full day out. The staff really stood out—they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. They even helped me print tickets that needed to be on paper, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay in an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location and very effective communication with the host. However, we found the listing slightly misleading - the pool area on the roof is not very useable with a dirty pool, no shade and broken sun-loungers. Also we had an ‘interior’ studio, which looked very light in the photos but in reality was very dark, with the no exterior windows not clear in the listing."
