"It's a bungalow on a camp ground with bund beds (but you have the bungalow for yourself) so don't expect anything special. But we were looking for a place to sleep while we were in the area and this one was one of the most affordable ones for that date. For this, it was perfect and the staff is very nice and helpful. The surrounding landscape is also very beautiful. would come again!"

"A fabulous property - historic, beautiful and very practical. The town is great - some nice sights, supermarket is close by but it's not too busy or touristy. The location is excellent - well placed for all the main sights (Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Málaga). "Beautifully kept property with a fabulous pool. Right in the middle of the olive growing region about 10 minutes to the local town of Iznajar. Good roads to the property. The hosts live in half of the property and the other half is for guests. There are air con towers provided, generally these would be sufficient, but temperatures reached about 41 degrees while we were there. "We would highly recommend this villa, its beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The views looking up to the village are amazing. We spent a relaxing week here chilling by the pool. We also hired a car and drove down to the beach near Malaga recommend by our hosts. You would definitely need a car if you have mobility issues as the village has very steep roads to climb but worth the views. Thanks to Clay and Lesley our wonderful hosts."

"The property was lovely but we had to communicate using Google translate. San Marcos has very little in the way of bars and restaurants or if they did we couldn't find them! TV is all in Spanish so no good for watching in the cold nights. Radiators in living room and bedroom didn't work so we had to use blankets.
