The bed was awful. The indoor pool was ice cold. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were extremely gross. Just add water. The sausage was the same way.. we have stayed there several times in the past but it has never been this bad. They definitely need to step out up a little. This place gives best Western a bad name. Also the guy a art the dear is always rude. He always says he doesn't have any king rooms left when you call and ask,, so he tries to sell you a suite for more money.., but you can immediately get on expedite and order a king room and magically they have one available. This is the 3rd time I've done this with him so bear. This guy is a swindler.

The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher.

The staff did not offer much at breakfast. No fruit or cereal. The choices were toast muffin or yoghurt? Ended up going next door to McDonald’s for an oatmeal.

Nice property overall but I was pretty dismayed by the fact that there was zero maid/cleaning service between night 1 and 2 of my stay. Bed wasn't made, dirty towels on the floor, trash can full of trash

This property is close to so much which is why we like to stay here when we visit. This was by far the best stay we have experienced. Friendly staff, internet improvements, spacious room. Great stay!
