"Great stay, very helpful staff and really good facilities. Lack of cleaning products in room was a surpise (sponge, dishwashing liquids) but otherwise very well equipped. Spa and pool were a great feature. "

"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants they have. European, Japanese and a cheese place. The food is all cooked fresh and to a great standard. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel is in my opnion in the perfect location, ski in skin out, not far from several ski lifts, but not in thr centre of town so you don't get all the noise and footfall. Beds were really comfy, overall had a great experience and will be back next year! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room includes all the necessities and met our needs for two people for a week. This is a good room if you plan to explore and not spend a lot of time in the room. Expectations should be set for a 2 star hotel, room conditions and cleanliness could be better, but there is a lot of value here because the location is premium and there is a lot included in the stay. The Lobby quite spacious, rooms spacious by European standards, the dining is superb, 3 restaurants in hotel with large patio service, superb profession service, and the chef preparations for dinner exquisite, gymn, pool, sauna etc. Staff very friendly and professional, would return. & best of all SKI IN/SKI OUT !!!
