Large 42 m2 studio completely renovated on the 5th floor of the residence. Partial view of Lake Geneva, large balcony. Bathroom with bathtub and WC, wall cabinet, fully separate kitchen, dining and living area, cable TV with flat screen, DVD, ADSL Wi-Fi Internet. Elevators. It is close to all amenities: bus stop outside the residence 3 min. on foot, 4 min. walk from the station, 5 min. by the lake. Final cleaning by cleaning lady included.
