Summary:
Located in a beautiful heritage building, this rustic two storey home is steps from the heart of Old Montreal while providing an oasis of tranquility removed from the bustle of the city.

Tastefully designed, you will love the large bedrooms, ample living space and big balcony overlooking a private garden.

Our guests have the city at their fingertips as wonderful restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries, events and more are steps away.

Best way to enjoy the city.

The Space:
Main floor has large living room, open kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and small room off the kitchen.

Off the kitchen is a large and beautifully furnished balcony.

The second floor has one large bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and two queen beds, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.

Guest Access:
The apartment is the unit all the way at the top of the stairs on the left.

The Neighborhood:
There are several parking lots near the apt, I would suggest parking there and paying by day.

Other Things to Note:
WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY, IF THIS HAPPENS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THE QUIET HOURS ARE 10 PM - 8 AM AND ARE TO STRICTLY ADHERED TO.

I am fed up with dirty and poorly appointed rentals that charge through the nose! Neighbour was doing his laundry in the unit when we arrived. When we brought this up with host, they were puzzled but offered no reassurance re shared access. Very troubling. Upstairs bathroom sink leak remains un-repaired. Upon inspection not only did we find clumps of hair in the bedding but the sheets were disgustingly stained. The outdoor seating area is not as it appears on listing photos. It is strewed with debris/garbage. One of the LR sofa looked like it was picked off the curb on garbage day. We contacted the host re issues but no resolution. We left 2 days into our 7 day booking. No refund.

The accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed. Appreciate the quick responses from the hosts when we asked if we could check in earlier. The quick check out process also made everything run so smoothly. The location is hard to beat, and everyone around was super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in Montreal and I think a big part of it was because of our accommodation :) Thank you.PS: The only minor issues are that 1.) we were not able to use the second floor bathroom due to the sink leaking. We reported the issue right when we arrived but we did not receive an acknowledgement of that issue. 2.) the second floor is pretty squeaky so when you walk, it makes a lot of noise. It did not bother us but we can see how larger groups of folks staying on the second floor might complain about it.

This was the perfect location, walkable to many attractions and also far enough away so it feels like a cozy neighborhood.
