Honestly the best staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Very nice. Hung out with us all day lol as we were the only guests one day. Beach was perfect. Food was perfect. Literally no need to leave the hotel you have. A private beach and great food and drinks.

Everything was great. The staff were very courteous and pleasant to be around. The only thing that was really hard to deal with was the 300 stairs that you have to endure getting in and out of the hotel. But once you get too your room in which every room has an ocean front view which is stunning.

The view is great. I have not seen a better one. There are about 270 steps to get to the hotel. It’s hard to climb more than 1 to 2 times per day.

Pros: Has a Greek feel to their design The staff is great! They set up my whale shark swim, plus made sure I was on one of the first boats! Reasonable prices on bottles of water. Relaxing sound of waves. Relaxing music all night. Cons: Lots of steps involved The pool wasn't very clean The Tv signal is nonexistent I enjoyed my stay here and the staff. The steps don't bother a mountain climber, and the view is beautiful! If I had a reason to return, I would.

Paradise

The hotel must update what is being posted on the internet. They should specify what are anemities the included so that the customer wont expect too much from them. They should have toiletries and easy access to their internet. It won't reach every room since the area is elevated. They have posted about their jacuzzi, however it is not functioning when we get there. Otherwise, They have very accommodating staff most especially their security. The view is truly a paradise. You can truly apply the adage of the great view comes after the hardest climb.😂😂 It's too steep yet very worth it.

Room is old, no hot water, no hair dryer. No phone in room. Too many stairs. View is not bad but very inconvenient, had to climb up and down for swimming pool and canteen. No one to call when check out, we had to climb up to ask the receptionist to 'zipline' our luggages up. Big suitcases will have issues I guess...
