The check-in process was incredibly easy. Cristina, warmly greeted us and made us feel welcomed from the start. The aparthotel is very close to Old Montreal, making it a perfect spot for exploring the city. It’s also super clean!

Communication with property managers was great and the location is amazing in terms of walking to different parts of Montreal. Plus- great to have a cup of coffee in the morning on one of the balconies. We were disappointed as we choose the property specifically because it was indicated there were 4 beds. 4 of us were traveling together (4 adults) and we were debating between getting 2 hotel rooms (2 beds in each) or this property- where while 1 of us would have to stay on the pull out couch, we did have access to a kitchen and balconies. Unfortunately- the pull out bed on the couch was broken. This was discovered when we tried to set up for the night/sleeping. When we asked about it the next morning (we couldn't get the bed back in the couch, it was stuck half way)- we were told "Oh- we hoped you wouldn't notice." Would recommend that the property listing be updated- 3 beds, no pull out.
