Shop, grocery 350 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 350 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 4 km, sandy beach "du sud" 300 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Thalazur" 550 m. Sports harbour 100 m, riding stable 4 km. Nearby attractions: Les arenes du Grau du Roi 3 km, Seaquarium 2 km, Casino Flamingo 2 km, Aigues Mortes 8 km, La Grande Motte 13 km, Nîmes 52 km. Hiking paths: Réserve Naturelle. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Port Caramrgue. Airfield 25 km from the property.
3-room terraced house 47 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Small terrace 5 m2, south facing position terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: private mooring. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location. L'équipement est complet. Nous ne connaissions pas les vacances au bord d'une marina mais nous avons été ravis. Les voisins de location très sympathiques. Nous regardons pour réserver ce logement l'année prochaine. Petit bémol, un nettoyage du parking avant serait un plus. Christophe et Cathy

Très bel extérieur calme et apaisant.L'intérieur vétuste, électricité pas aux normes, murs sales (beaucoup de trace grisâtres, de moustiques collés), housse de canapé sale (un petit tour dans la machine à laver de temps en temps), bêtes mortes le matin (ressemblant à un cafard), store banne cassé ... D'après l'agence, la propriétaire à prévue de faire des travaux en octobre.Sinon l'appartement est bien équipé et à tous ce qui faut pour passer un bon séjour (la clim est uniquement ds la chambre). Des restos, une superette et un tabac face à la plage à 5 min à pied de l'appart.Une très belle région (Les Saintes Marie de la Mer, le grau du Roi, Aigues Morte et ses Salins ...)Noubliez pas les anti-moustiques !! oui ils sont bien présents

Très bonne location. Quelques points à améliorer pour éviter de dégrader: - Installer des barres pour les vélos devant le parking pour éviter d'avoir à traverser l'appartement avec les vélos - Internet fait défaut - Remplacer les socles à parasols qui ne tiennent pas dès le moindre petit souffle

Location agréable pour 2 personnes. Nous avons pris que le petit déjeuner mais location bien équipée. Pour l'été avec clim c'est un plus. Côté agréable avec le port. J'ai dis ce matin par téléphone que le support de la pastille du lave lave-vaisselle ne fermait pas. Juste il faudrait que la cour de devant soit nettoyée
