- Air-conditioned apartment located on the first floor of the "Le Prado" residence. It was completely redone in June 2017, in a modern and functional style. Parking is free and closed by an automatic gate.
The neighborhood is quiet and we have all the small shops necessary within 100 m: bakeries, pastry shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and one of the 3 best manufacturers of sielle tielle. The city center is 10 minutes on foot, the tourist area and all its restaurants 15 minutes on foot. The main arteries are very close, which allows you to go to the beach in 10 minutes by car.
