Smart hotel.

The stay was great! The pool was fantastic and the hotel was clean and neat. The sofa bed in the room wasn’t very comfortable and the waitress at breakfast was rushed off her feet doing the job of 2 people but she remained professional and friendly managing the 2 rooms by herself.

Personnels exceptionnellement gentils et serviables, de l'accueil au petit-déjeuner en passant par le spa et la piscine. Hôtel au calme, fait pour le repos et la tranquillité. Très grande chambre, petit-déjeuner OK, Spa et piscine au top. Prévoir des arbres sur le parking serait un grand plus.

Dans un environnement calme, parking gratuit et sécurisé. Un très bon accueil souriant. Grandes chambres avec bureau et fauteuils. Celles premium avec minibar softs offerts et nespresso. Peignoirs et chaussons. Serviettes de toilette tres haut de gamme. Grande télé. Bonne literie. 2 oreillers par personne. Bon restaurant. Côte Spa je n'ai profité que de sauna hammam ultra équipé pour gommage de peau. Produit Sothys au top.

Déception.

Je suis allée séjourner une nuit pour le travail dans cet hôtel. L’état général du bâtiment où nous avons été est vraiment « vintage ». 130€ pour une chambre telle que je l’ai eu, ce n’est pas raisonnable (moquette décolorée, abîmée, pas de pression dans la douche..) Toutefois, personnel vraiment gentil et prévenant.

Propreté laisse à désirer, on avait le droit à une télé mais pas à la télécommande et le pire c’est d’empêcher Un enfant de 2 ans rentrer à la piscine par ce que sa mère porte un maillot de bain couvert, c’était horrible. Je vous déconseille cet hôtel sachant que ce n’est ce qui manque dans la région

Problème d'ascenseur et de portail qui ne s'ouvrait plus donc impossible de se garer dans le parking de l'hôtel à 22h et on a dû attendre 20 minutes devant le portail pour finalement se garer à l'extérieur

Pour un séjour détente à Montpellier

Habitué de la chaine Zenitude, j'étais surpris lors de la réservation de la qualité des prestations offertes ( piscine, spa, chambre haut de gamme) et des ombreux avis contradictoires. Sous la même dénomination, il y a en faite 2 types d'hébergements : le 4 étoiles dans le bâtiment principale et un appart-hôtel dans un bâtiment annexe. L'ensemble est localisé à côté du Golf de Juvignac et près d' magnifique parc, idéal pour amateurs de course à pied. Nous étions dans l'hôtel 4 étoiles, Excellent accueil dés l'arrivée, sur classement dans une belle et grande chambre, propre, avec lit King Size avec super literie. Très bien équipée, boissons d'accueil Salle de bain haut de gamme avec 2 vasques...Chambre très calme. Restaurant complet , pensez à réserver mais restos à proximité sur Juvignac Petit déjeuner buffet sucré salé excellent, produits frais L'espace détente, piscine, spa , hammam au top. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous remercions toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage à Montpellier

Excellent séjour en famille ! Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet hôtel. La suite familiale était très spacieuse, parfaitement aménagée pour les familles, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est propre et facilement accessible, avec une eau calme, idéale pour les enfants. Toute la famille a pu en profiter en toute sécurité.
