It was a nice property but disappointing on amenities. No water provided, no coffee machine, charged for coffee???? and Parking. Quite a bit misleading or misunderstandings by check in when we tried to book another room. They had a room with two double beds available but would not let us have it? made us get two single rooms instead, nice price gouge. Some great staff, some not so good.

Poor service, avoid!

Really disappointed with this stay. Arrived 30 minutes before official check in and was asked to wait. The rooms were nice, which basically was the only positive thing with this stay. Pool was dirty, area around the pool was mosquito paradise and after about 10 minutes in and around pool we had about 10 mosquito bites each. We gave up and went to the room and kept the balcony closed as it was towards the room. Morning after we took the breakfast which was bad, limited choice and some of it tasted bad. When checking in was told my kids would pay kids price but when checking out the not so nice lady in the reception said no. So 26 EUR for 4 dry pastries.. not worth the money… was disappointed before this, but after this I can easily say that the hote is among the bottom 3 of about 150-200 hotels I have visited and maybe the worst one when it comes to service. Avoid staying here…

Un endroit très agréable et sympathique

J’étais à la Grande Motte pour un rendez-vous manqué et j’en ai profité pour rester tranquillement dans cet endroit qui mérites d’être connu tant son propriétaire Benoît et ses employés (cathy) ont été charmants et si sympathiques (et même plus que ça en ce qui concerne Benoit…)

Sehr schönes Hotel, in guter Lage zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl und es war sehr schön den Tag draußen auf der Terrasse mit einem leckeren Kaffee und gut gelauntem Personal zu starten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, bietet u.a. eine Klimaanlage etc. und einen schönen großen Balkon. Wir haben uns dort sehr Wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Interessanter Baustil aus den 70er Jahren - genau wie ein Großteil der benachbarten Gebäude in „La Grande Motte“. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Poolanlage.

Très bel hôtel, bon emplacement proche plage et bord de mer. Personnel serviable et efficace. Chambre calme et suffisamment spacieuse pour deux. Un bon petit déjeuner buffet à 13 euros
