Room was very clean. Very small rooms. No air conditioning.

It feels like staying in a hotel room.

Hotel is a nice Edwardian. Enjoyed that part. However, Radisson Blu Vanderbilt fumbled our reservation from Expedia and charged us directly for the two nights despite the fact that this was a prepaid reservation with Expedia.This necessitated several follow ups on our part to get a refund of the erroneous charge.

This hotel has everything you need while still being fairly cheap. Our room had aircon, a kettle with free water for tea or coffee, plenty of plugs, soap and dental care kits in the bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The staff were so nice and pleasant and try to keep your stay as perfect as possible. The only downside I can think of is the shower is a bit small but it comes with a detachable nozzle AND a rain attachment on the ceiling that makes up for it in my opinion. The hotel is also very close to kings cross station and lots of places to get food, plenty of which are delicious. My stay at Kings Cross Express Hotel was quite lovely.
