「It was so cozy right when we opened the door! Clean and beautiful. The view was amazing and the area outside to walk and exercise was fantastic! The owners were so kind and accommodating. 「We show up at this rental expecting a basic stay, nothing fancy just a room as advertised, but instead were greeted by roaches and bugs crawling all over the bed and throughout the room. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the listing claimed the property had air conditioning, it did not.Communication with the host was unhelpful, and no real solution was offered.
