"We had property stolen from one of the rooms by the cleaning staff during the stay. We contacted the hotel about it, but they would not do anything in response, even provide a modest refund. Very disappointing customer service. Otherwise the hotel was lovely. "

"Friendly staff. Great location close to everything. Rooms are small. WiFi connectivity was really bad and caused me to use all of my phone data while there. Breakfast is 10 euros a day which is pricey for what you get. No air conditioning control so you have to open the window if you get hot. Shower water pressure and heat could be better. Overall nice hotel for the price and location but could be better. The staff definitely make the place!"
