Entrance hall, kitchen (6-burner stove + 3 ovens + grill, 2 refrigerators, 1 of which has a freezer) with dining area (table/pool table), living room (table football + children's play area), toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with private bathroom equipped with a bathtub, large shower, and toilet, 2 other bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, 1 bedroom with private shower room with toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with twin beds.
Reversible heating upstairs (air conditioning).
For babies: cot, high chair, changing mat.
Private terrace 28 m², private garden 1000 m². Fenced swimming pool shared with the owners (11x5 m, depth 1.10 m with a 2 m diving pit, open 9 am - 10 pm from 01/06 to 30/09) - Pool house including summer kitchen, plancha, shower, toilet.
Swing set, trampoline, ping-pong, children's play area, and bowling alley. 15 hectares of land: a pond 300 meters from the cottage with fishing, barbecue, and picnic table.
Hiking and mountain biking trails starting point
Non-smoking cottage. In the heart of a bucolic, hilly, and wooded setting, this local stone house is spacious and bright. Numerous leisure facilities are available, including a swimming pool shared with the owners. Horse breeding on site and an educational farm with a "ranch, western" theme, including a treasure hunt and animal feeding.

The price includes: Bed linens, towels, and utilities.
The price does not include: End-of-stay cleaning.

Great stay

Great stay with a wonderful host. The property was more spectacular than the pictures suggest. Very pleased. Great cooking area out by the pool and a wonderful setting in a beautifully presented recently developed cottage/very good sized gite maintaining much of it's original charm.
