"It’s a very nice boutique hotel. The staff is very nice. The property is very clean and well appointed appointed, plus they have Japanese toilets! It’s kind of expensive, but it’s very nice"
"I would not recommend this hotel as the main issue was the hot water. Frankly, it should not even be a hotel if they can not provide hot enough water for showers everyday. We travelled with a little baby and it was not acceptable to only have hot hot water on our first night. After that we were told other guests might have used the hot water and to wait 30mins. I showered at different times of the day and it made NO difference. My husband was til that because it was the weekend, people would be...

"My recent stay at the Libertel Montmartre Opéra was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their kindness and helpfulness were a true highlight of my trip, and they were always ready to offer great recommendations for local restaurants and sights.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. Situated just a short walk from the charming streets of Montmartre and the stunning Sacré-Cœur Basilica, it offers the best of a peaceful neighborhood feel with easy access to all of Paris's main attractions. The nearby Metro stations make getting around the city effortless."
"At first I was nervous given some of the lower rated reviews. However, we received nothing less than hospitable and excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times of the day. The hotel room was clean and simple. The bathrooms are smaller in France, but that’s just how it is. We loved being a little more outside of the tourist area because we were able to experience more of the culture and language. However, they all speak very good English and communication was not difficult at all. There were tourists everywhere as well as locals so it felt safe. There are SOO MANY restaurants, Bars, Bakeries and shopping areas immediately near the hotel. Had we known how close things really were, we wouldn’t have bothered to use Uber as much as we did. But being new in the area we were nervous at first so of course we used uber everywhere until our last few days. We stayed 8 nights and there was so much to do! The breakfast they offer is good and fulfilling. But if you’re still hungry for more, take a walk outside and take your pick of all of the many restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel! "The staff were so accommodating. Very helpful and polite.
Our room was very clean albeit small, however we had the most amazing view of the eiffel tower, the bathroom was lovely and modern , offering shower gel shampoo body lotion, and a fab rain over head shower plus a hand shower, a decent hair dryer too.. breakfast was great offering croissants pastries meats etc .the hotel was a 2 minute walk to the metro station... (from gard de nord to chapelle change to blanche .. moulin rouge theatre you'll see as soon as you leave the metro.. i felt very safe in the area thousands of people about, ill definitely use chat noir again and highly recommend this quaint hotel..thank you for a nice stay...."
"View from the rooftop and stairs in front of the hotel. I've stayed in about 20 different hotels in Paris, including 5 star hotels and I just love the comfort of this place."
