Large detached 4 bedroom renovated farmhouse with breathtaking panoramic views over Montignac-De-Lauzun & far beyond, set in 6 hectares amongst the plum orchards with huge enclosed in ground pool 12 Mtrs by 6 metres with pool house, wrap around terrace with undercover eating areas, located on an ancient quiet back road to Tombeboeuf on the very edge of Montignac De Lauzun with a local shop, post office, library & English pub within 1 mile with visiting weekly food trucks, conveniently located to explore the countryside and array of beautiful bastide villages Lauzun, Eymet, Villereal, Monpazier, Monflanquin, Casseneuil, Temple sur Lot, Castelmoron, Bergerac to name just a few, with their night markets & entertainment, shopping, golf, star gazing, paddle boarding, canoeing, The Dordogne & The Lot rivers within 20 minutes drive, the beautiful swimming lake at Lougratte is 15 minutes away or simply relax by the pool here in peace & tranquility, the views here are exceptional.
Bergerac airport is 25 minutes away.

*The property is a single story farmhouse and is one level from the parking area to kitchen & living areas but there is a step up to the bedroom levels, the main shower room is on one level too but with a step up into the shower. Outside is accessible on one level along with the terrace & eating area, and pool but with 2 steps up to the pool house terrace.*

*The property has very thick stone walls which keep it lovely and cool inside during summer*

Very comfortable house in a quiet location. Swimming pool is a great size. Host was always helpful. Wonderful holiday.

We stayed at Carol's property for one week - 3 adults and 2 children and were delighted with it. The standard of the property was high and the pool area was a real hit for both the adults and the kids. The views are stunning and the sunsets are amazing. We did stay during a heatwave - which made it difficult to get out and about in the surrounding areas, but in cooler times the area has lots to explore. Carol was really responsive as a host, before booking and during the stay. She provides lots of helpful information and when the area suffered a power cut she kept us regularly informed of any updates she found on the local social media platforms. Really nice touches were much appreciated - such as the wine waiting for us on arrival! And our 4 year old enjoyed exploring a new toy basket! Overall highly recommend the property and the host. Thanks!

We had the loveliest time here. A lovely house in a beautiful rural setting. Everything was beautifully presented and Carol was always easy to contact if we had any questions. Couldn't wish for more and would come back any time.

La maison est très agréable, très propre et bien entretenue. Grande piscine. Une vue de la terrase et de la piscine juste magnifique. Tout est très au calme. Vacances reposantes dans une region qui n'est pas envahie par la foule. Les propriétaires sont très aimables, très disponibles et donnent de nombreux conseils.
