The villa comprises two rooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a bathroom and a hand basin. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed of the same dimensions and another room featuring a slightly smaller French bed, measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm in length.

The villa is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. The open kitchen is furnished with modern appliances, including four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The villa also offers electric heating and air conditioning for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy the 50 square meter roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue area.
