The cabin was cute and clean. The pillows needed to be replaced laced. They were flat and old. The kitchen was clean and was loaded with pretty much everything you would need. The outside had a grill which was nice and a sitting area with pretty Adirondack chairs around the a fire pit. Other than the pillows, we had a great stay.

The room was quite outdated, with the flooring being the only feature that appeared recently updated. The sheets were clean, although we chose to use our own. The property could benefit from some landscaping and general interior updates. The bathroom would be more functional with a few wall hooks for towels and clothing. The air conditioning unit was very old, dusty, and appeared overdue for maintenance. There were quite a few mosquitoes around the property. It would also be helpful to provide a drip coffee maker, a small table for eating, and additional hooks in the closet area for hanging clothes and personal items. Overall, the stay was adequate, but several relatively simple improvements could make the accommodations much more comfortable and welcoming.

Our cabin was in need of some TLC. The pool and pool furniture were great. It all looked brand new. The game room as well, but smelled not so good. The fire pit area also had nice chairs and was a nice space. Inconvenient that they don’t provide firewood, even though there is a large space for the fire wood to go and a sign saying ‘firewood is only for quests’ and that it was under surveillance. We knew going in that we would need our own firewood though. Our cabin, #4 needs updates terribly bad. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were clean so that was the most important for us as it was a 1 night stay passing through. Almost every set of blinds was broke, a few screen had holes or were broken, the toaster was from about 1975 and disgusting, the toaster oven was disgusting, and the floor was disgusting in the kitchen with a square of the vinyl flooring not secured down and it kept flipping up to reveal even more grossness underneath. Numerous areas of the wall was peeling off as well. For $200 a night I’d expect a little better. This place could be really great but needs some updating and appliance upgrades/cleaning. There was no way I was putting toast for my family in either of those toasters. A few drawers/cabinet doors were also crooked and wonky. The sink also had gnarly stains. I would not stay here again.

Loved how close it was. Loved how friendly and prompt the staff was (we had difficulties with our door code). Didn’t love the smell in the room. Smelled like mildew. Didn’t like that our room was NOTHING like advertised. There was no BEDROOM. It was a studio. The parking was less than ideal for units 8/9/10/11 (angled and made it difficult for anyone leaving the property). Loved the kitchenette in the room. Didn’t like the broken bathroom window (wouldn’t open) and the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also- mold on the bathroom ceiling in multiple spots. Okay for one night, but will take my chances at another hotel/motel/cabin- accommodation next time. Also- didn’t use the pool- open 10-10. Checkout was simple. No staff at the office… I don’t think ever. Texting, phone calls, and the app are the communication preferences. Also super thin walls. We rented room 9 and family rented 10. You could hear through the walls! Room 11 wasn’t being OVERLY loud, but they could be heard in room 10. And I don’t know if animals are allowed, but someone absolutely had their dog there!!

This property is very close to Indiana Beach amusement park. They even have a trolley pick up right outside the resort property so you don’t have to walk the 0.3 miles to or from park. They have a pool in front that is 4 feet deep all the way around, very clean and very refreshing. The parking is safe and right outside your cabin/room you rented. There is no staff on duty so everything is done through text or email. As a first time visitor everything was done through email, which caused a delay & was slightly frustrating during check-in process. Just be sure to keep refreshing your email if you use a third-party to rent from. As for the property, between the cabins, there is a fire pit area to sit outside, and there is also a staircase down to the lake with a small narrow dock for you to go fishing or use the lake as you see fit. We stayed in guest room number 11. It’s a handicap accessible room with a ramp to the door. The room is a studio set up with a metal framed bed, 1 nightstand w/lamp, futon, & dresser w/a tv on top. Kitchen area had a table w/2 chairs, cabinets with place settings, a small Keurig, toaster, sink & mini fridge/freezer. It had a full-size bathroom with a standup shower. The room was very clean. Equipped w/everything you should need. Only issues: -Windows could use some curtains to reduce the light coming in -Sheet thread count is low, rough to sleep on -The shower head could use an extension to raise it up. (We’re tall 5’9+) All in all great place!

My family had cabin 7... My originally booked this stay for the holiday weekend I was told the room came with outside amenities a grill and chairs. We had nothing. Which was very disappointing. The cabin was not clean at all The bathroom was horrible The toilet still had poop in it from whoever stayed there before. Hair was all over the sink. The kitchen had utensils to cook with everything inside the drawers and all the dishes were disgusting like they never even been washed with soap. Under the beds hasn't been swept and I don't know how long. I had to go to the closest store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room before we could be comfortable in it. After traveling when you get to your destination you don't want to clean. The pool area was nice. Other than that I would not recommend it. 👎👎👎

Cabin 1 has a few broken blinds, there's a few ants but it's tolerable. There wasn't enough towels. Just enough for 2 ppl and we had 6 total. ( lucky we brought own towels ). Overall good location to Indiana beach park and nice neighbors.
