「Very friendly atmosphere」

「We were attending a gig a Ludlow Castle, most accommodation was booked or expensive at Ludlow for the night of the gig so we chose to stop at Stokestay Hotel because there was a train station close that we could catch there and back. The Stokesay staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent and bar prices good so we would not hesitate to stop there again.」

「What an absolutely beautiful place! We were lucky enough to have stunning mountain views right from our window, and we loved watching all the different birds visiting the feeder outside. The couple who run the place are incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The accommodation itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again! In fact, we might be back this way at the end of September, and if so,...
