Annual Ladies Trip to the Ren Fest

We booked this property because it had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, a hot tub and heated pool and it’s in the gated April Sound community. We enjoyed our stay. All amenities were as described. We had some issues with the hot tub operation which was controlled remotely by the hosts. We have rented properties in this area for 10 years and this is a place we would stay again.,

Good stay. Maybe need a bit more

Accurate from site. Unfortunately when daughter in law opened the door for the first time. A huge roach waiting for her. And several encounters with cockroach's throughout house. Rain storm before we arrived. Pool was full of leaves. Did are best to clean.

Wedding Party

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! 3 (supposed to be 4) couples stayed here, more than comfortably. We were staying for a wedding down the street and knew we had places to be but also down time. We were able to have the groom stay with us the night before and he said he was well rested for his big day! 10/10 recommend! A big thanks for the great communication with the hosts!

PERFECT VACATION!

This house is a beautiful oasis in a nice quiet neighborhood. I can not rave enough about this location. The bed were very comfy with room for everyone, the linens were soft and plentiful, showers had great water pressure, the kitchen was very well supplied with everything you could want in a home away from home. Kelly was very helpful and communication was excellent. The pool/hot tub and outdoor space was the best part of whole trip, it had all the toys and floats you could ask for. If you are looking for a picture perfect relaxing vacation spot with easy access to shopping, restaurants, lake activities and grocery stores then this is it!! Will be booking this home again.
