The microwave did not work. The phone did not work. I asked if they had a pool. Yes, we have a pool get there. The pools been closed for months. It’s nasty. It was dirty. The hotel room was clean. The bed was OK. Needs a lot of improvement.

Cleaning staff tried opening door at 9:30am when check was at 11am. It really scared us and it was unprofessional. They should have a list of who has checked out and who hasn't to avoid this! Every time we turned the water faucet on, it would leak under the sink.

The room was dirty especially the bed linen. The staff didn’t Rea seem to care and wasn’t supportive of making the situation better. Housekeeping wasn’t available and the experience was not good at all.

For the price, nicest hotel i've stayed at. Check in was face, the rooms have been update and are clean. The staff is very helpful, i walked to subway for a salad just find out the didn't include any utensils. Ask the front desk and the quickly produced two forks and napkins. I offered to pay for them (appeared he took them from a break room), but he graciously declined my offer saying he was happy to help. There are 3 or 4 fast food chains in easy walking distance.
