Former sheepfold renovated, quiet, with heated pool.

  • 8x4 meter heated swimming pool with alarm. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for tenants, and it is not overlooked. Restful house, quiet without being isolated, large terrace including a covered part overlooking the pool. The house is located in a very protected environment from a natural point of view, you can see a lot of butterflies, dragonflies above the pool , sometimes deer a few tens of meters away ... There are three bedrooms. A room on the ground floor with 1 bed of 180x 200. Upstairs two bedrooms: the first with 1 140x200 bed and 1 bed 90 x200, the second bedroom with a 140x200 bed. Bed and household linen not provided but possible. Grocery-bar at 400 meters (bread and pastries available in the morning) Garden of +/- 8 ares. Ping pong table.
    Gas hobs, dishwasher, all comfort. BBQ on site.
    In the heart of Bouriane, ideal for hiking and cycling. Body of water nearby as well as many good restaurants. 22 km north of Cahors. End of stay cleaning included.
